Highlighting team members when they hit personal or career milestones is one of the ways we say “Thank you!” to those who embrace HQ Direct’s mission and values, and this month we’re excited to recognise Ben for his recent promotion to sales manager! Ben came to Australia three years ago and found both a new home and a career.
He joined our team with a hospitality background and brought that same work ethic to our industry. Ben puts 100 percent into everything he does and has added his talent to a variety of campaigns. He hit the ground running from his first days with HQ Direct, and he’s never looked back. He’s consistently been a great role model for everyone on our team, and he has been personally responsible for training and leading 12 to 15 people.
Recognition is more than just a nice gesture; it’s also one of the best ways we know to keep our office culture inviting and empowering. Feeling respected and valued is vital to everyone, and by showing our gratitude we give our event managers the feeling of importance that they deserve.
